Whisper Creek Community Marketing Packet

Project: Whisper Creek is a custom home community offering luxury homes. The idea was to create a packet with a high end feel to it to attract potential buyers. The packet consisted of a folder with inserts that included all the amenities, community map and floor plans. The folder was printed in a linen heavy stock paper with metallic ink and the insert sheets were printed on semi-gloss stock paper to give it a nice high end look and feel.
